Return Policy

At Biasa Rose, we are a small business so we're keeping our return policy short and simple and hope when you make your purchase you'll be just as intentional on your selection as we are when we bring items into the store.

We want you to love your purchase with us, if you are not happy with your item, you may return the item to us for store credit to use in the future or exchange for other items of the same value.

The item must be returned within 7 days upon purchase. Please return in original packaging with tags attached. Used items cannot be returned as it is not possible to sell those items if you return and only results in a loss for our business.
